About the game

The keys are yours. So is the note. Uncle Walt's shop has a broken lift, a 2.5-star rating, $28,000 still owed to the bank, and one mechanic named Gus who's been there longer than the coffee maker. Walt hands you the keys on a rainy spring night. You have three years.

Run the counter. Cars pull in with their owners' own words. Gus diagnoses; you write the estimate. Tell the truth about the rear pads, or don't. Pad the bill, and about one in five customers catches it, and the whole town hears.

Get your hands dirty. Zoom into the bay and diagnose it yourself: a multimeter on the battery, a stethoscope on the pulley, a pressure tester on the cooling system. Every check costs your time and rules causes out.

Grow the shop. Fix Bay 2's lift, then knock out a wall for Bay 3. Hire from the pool that turns up each Monday, train them, and watch for the chain store trying to poach your best tech.

Three years of story. Thirteen dilemmas that come back around, and three endings, each told three ways by how honest you were.
