Where's my shop saved?

In this browser, on this device. The game saves every game hour, at closing time and when you leave the page, and Menu → Save game… keeps up to three more in the save slots (Owner-Operator keeps one save, no slots).

Sign in and your account keeps a copy too. It syncs when you open the game, at closing time, when you leave, when you save to a slot, and when you press Sync now.

I cleared my browser and my shop is gone.

If you'd signed in, sign in again (top right on the title screen, or at the top of the home page) and your shop comes back as it was at its last sync.

If you hadn't, it went with the browser's site data. The game only ever kept it there, so there's no copy for us to bring back, sorry. A private or incognito window forgets it when it closes, too. Signing in keeps a copy from then on.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes, in the browser, with nothing to install: anything from a small iPhone SE, held upright or on its side, to a tablet or a computer. It needs a browser with WebGL 2, which anything from the last several years has. To carry one shop between your phone and your computer, sign in on both.

How does this week's challenge work?

Every Monday there's a new one: one of the scenarios with a deadline, in the same town for everyone that week. Start it from Scenarios → Play this week's. Finish it signed in and the run goes on the week's board. Making the goal ranks first, then the score, and only your best run counts. The board shows your shop's name, never your email.

The game is slow or the picture's wrong.

In the game, open Settings → Display, set Graphics to Low and turn Weather off. Close other tabs, and check the browser's hardware acceleration is on (it's in the browser's own settings).

If the shop doesn't draw at all, the browser may not have WebGL 2: try an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Still wrong? Report it from the game, with your game attached.

Is it free?

Yes. The whole game, all three years, plays free in your browser. No ads, nothing to buy, and no account needed.
